Initial Meeting

We will have an initial meeting(s) with you to find out exactly where you are in the process of building. Land, Plan Design, Materials, Vendors, and Lending options will be the emphasis to determine what stage we are at. We can help with plan design, determining suitability of land for specific plans, orientation of plans on the building site, soil suitability, clearing limits, impervious surface area, environmental health department requirements, etc.

Preliminary Pricing

Once we have figured out where you want to build, what you want to build, and how you want to build it we will use our experience to give our best estimate as to what this may cost to build. We use this to determine if the plan is in the price range that is required and for what budgets we have at each vendor.

Plan Drawing/Vendors

If a plan has not been purchased through another entity, we will help you through the process of having plans drawn through a local draftsman/architect and engineered with the help of a local engineer. If you already have a fully engineered set of plans then great! We can skip this step and go straight to our vendors. Through our preliminary discussions we will have determined which of our vendors need to be visited for you to be able to make your selections. A member of our team will accompany you to each vendor to help with any design, budget, or other question you may have.
